Movement

My thoughts on seeking new experiences and constantly pushing myself out of my comfort zone

"I have the ability to navigate through different worlds, connect with people from all walks of life, and bridge cultures and perspectives."

I'm someone who is always intentionally evolving, constantly striving to become a slightly better version of myself one day at a time. I explore, question, and push boundaries. My therapist once told me, "You are movement." As I set sail on the open ocean for the first time, feeling the endless waves and the undeniable force of the water, I knew she was right.

Movement is what makes me who I am. It's one of my superpowers. I have the ability to navigate through different worlds, connect with people from all walks of life, and bridge cultures and perspectives. I'm always seeking out new experiences, challenges, and ways of thinking, constantly challenging the world around me.

I believe that movement is the key to personal growth and transformation. By constantly pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones, we can learn more about ourselves and the world around us. We gain new insights, perspectives, and skills, which we can use to make a positive difference in our own lives and in the world. I'm always seeking out new opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, learn from their experiences and perspectives, and expand my own worldview. Understanding new behaviours is fascinating, such as discovering why Filipinos love karaoke or learning that dogs in Sweden bark very little.

Movement is something that I bring to everything I do. It's not just about physical movement but also about being dynamic, adaptable, and open-minded. I'm constantly iterating, experimenting, and innovating, and I use my insights and experiences to make a difference in myself and in the world.
